Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (ePacket / China Post): 15–25 business days
- Expedited Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at zyfeyonse@189.cn within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
