We have a 30-day return policy — you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original packaging with all accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable Items

• Electrical components that have been powered on and show no defect
• Sale items and gift cards

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
